Minimum Order, Shipping and Handling
- Our minimum order is $50 before shipping
- Handling charges of $10 CAD/USD will apply for orders below $50.
- Shipping is extra
- FREE shipping for purchases of $150 to Canada and continental US, some restrictions apply
- Products are shipped via regular UPS or FedEx for case quantities. Products will be shipped within 2-3 days for in-stock items.

Damaged goods, Returns, and Exchange Policies
- Damaged goods should be reported within 2 days of receiving the product. We greatly appreciate photos of damaged products.
- In the case of a product quality defect, please inform us within 15 days of receiving the product.
- No returns or refunds will be issued after 30 days.
- Returns will be at the expense of the customer
- If the nature of the return is found to be of technical or quality defect, we will offer a replacement. Or we may issue credit or a refund of the product at our discretion.
- If the nature of the return is found to be the consumer’s discretion or change of mind, we will not refund the product and shipping cost, but will issue credit.
- A 15% re-stocking fee is applied to all returns.
- Returns and exchanged products should be at least 95% of the original quantity. All
product returns, replacements, credits issued, require authorization numbers.
