BUSINESS TERMS
Wholesale-Retail Outlet Distributor’s Guideline
A. QUALIFICATION OF ACCOUNTS:
Purchaser must be set-up for retail and re-sale of consumer health products.
- Must be set-up to properly represent Quality First International (QFI), by having:
- Legitimate company name or organization.
- Respectable nature of business/operation.
- Verifiable location and contact numbers.
- Proper e-mail address (i.e. not hotmail, yahoo, etc.).
In addition, we require at least two of the following:
- Retailer’s permit/Vendor’s permit/Business registration
- Practitioner’s license
- Company website
- Company letter head
NOTE: For start-up business, please send intention or objective of re-selling QFI product along with company description if the above requirements are temporarily unavailable.
- Must keep the account active by ordering again within one year. Accounts with no activity in 12 months period will be converted to consumer account status.
- Must comply to QFI Distribution Code of Ethics
B. MINIMUM PURCHASE/SHIPPING/LEAD TIME:
Quality First International Requirements for each Purchase Order are as follows:
- Wholesale/Retailer Accounts are required to purchase a minimum of $150 USD or CAD.
- Purchase of $250 is delivered free shipping within continental USA or mainland Canada
- A trial order (below $150) will be rendered to new accounts –one time only.
- A shipping and handling fee will apply to trial order and purchase below $250.
- Lead time is 2-3 days for IN-stock items.
- The account should be in clear standing with no overdue balance.

C. PAYMENT TERMS:
- Pre-payment for all new accounts.
- Net 30 for established accounts.
- Payment by: Credit card: Visa, Master Card, American Express OR
- Payment by check payable to:

D. SALES AND MARKETING SUPPORT
- QFI will provide start-up promotional materials (i.e. brochures, catalogues and allocated samples)
- Additional samples and in house publications can be provided upon approval of the request.
- For product authenticity, all certified products(i.e. organic, etc.) sold will be provided with a copy of certificate or product statement.
- Demos can be arranged. Please contact QFI directly or a QFI assigned agent for details.
- Leads /inquires from your area can be forwarded to you. Please contact QFI directly or a QFI assigned agent for details.
- Links to QFI websites upon request.
E. SALES AND MARKETING ETHICS POLICY*
- Resellers of QFI-First Quality Organic Product should not sell the product for less than 15% of the MSRP.
- Marketing and promotional materials (of any form) provided by QFI-First Quality Organics™ are for its products use only and should not be used for related or competitive products. This policy applies during and after doing business with QFI-First Quality Organics™.
- Use of copyrighted materials and registered trademark are used by permission only.
- The above policy (Section E. of this guideline) also applies to wholesale distribution accounts sold thorough QFI distributors.
F. RETURN POLICY
- Damaged goods should be reported at once to QFI or to QFI’s assigned agent.
- Replacement will be arranged for damaged goods during transit.
- Replacement or credit can be arranged for returned items upon approval by QFI.
- Please contact Quality First International to arrange a return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
